AKC Scent Work Trial 4/12/26
We have an upcoming scent work trial in need of volunteers! Please consider signing up to make our trial run smoothly.
Saturday, April 11th late afternoon and evening for set up: Jobs include vacuuming, box assembly, preparing containers, and marking and fencing off the test areas on the floor, moving crates into storeroom, arranging ribbons, posting signs.
Sunday, April 12th for the actual trial: Blocks of time available from 7:00am until 5:00pm. Jobs include the Judge's steward, interior director, registration, timer, gate stewards, traffic coordinator, vestibule stewards, interior and exterior stewards, breakdown/clean up, and misc. tasks/jobs such as being a greeter or helping direct team to startline.

Agility Pre-Trial Run-Thru-May 1
We are need of volunteers to help build the course at around 5:15pm, timers, ring crew to help the event run smoothly, gate keepers, leash runners, and a breakdown crew. No experience needed! We will teach you!

AKC Agility Trial - May 8-10, 2026
Volunteers needed for our May trial at Dream Dogs in Saugerties, NY. Volunteer coordinators for the three days and grounds people are needed!
Responsibilities of volunteer coordinator would be making sure the rings are staffed and updating volunteer board. It can be a different person each day and does not have to be the same person for all three days.
Grounds person will be responsible for picking up trash. Travel time will earn hours and food/water will be available as well as a raffle!

SPCA Dog Walk and Pet Fair - May 16 8am-2:30pm
It is that time again..TIME FOR THE SPCA DOG WALK AND PET FAIR. We are need of volunteers for this super fun event. We need volunteers to help load and unload the truck that will bring our agility equipment to FDR in the AM and returning equipment in the PM. About 2-3 members that willing to do agility demonstrations. 3-4 volunteers to help table and discuss the club and what classes/sports we offer.

Weekend of Rally and Obedience Trials at PCOTC - July 25th and 26th
We are looking for hospitality and steward volunteers for our upcoming trials in July. In addition, we will need grounds people to help setup Friday (July 24th) and cleanup after the trial (July 26th)

PCOTC YouTube Manager
We are looking for a volunteer to help manage our YouTube account. Initially it will be to manage a private account that contains videos for our website and social accounts. Once we have enough content, this account will be made public.
