Online Registration Instructions & FAQs

  • Where do I register for classes online?

    • Click here. Click “log in” at the top of the screen. Either log in with your existing credentials or create a new account.

    • Then follow the instructions in the following PDFs, with screenshots, for the steps to pull up our list of classes & add one to your shopping cart:

  • I’m new. What Class Should I register for?

    If you are looking for a basic training class for your dog or puppy, you should register for AKC Star Puppy (if your dog will be under 5 months of age at the start of class) or Family Manners Foundation (if your dog will be over 5 months of age at the start of class). We recommend all dogs new to the club start with this class, even if your dog has already received training at home or at other training facilities. Regardless of whether your ultimate goal is to expose your dog to basic training or advance to the dog sports of agility, nosework, obedience, or rally, you should start with our AKC Star Puppy or Family Manners Foundation class.   • How much do your classes cost?

    • Class fees are based on the length of class & the discipline. Once you know which class you are interested in, you can check the fee and review our policies regarding refunds/credits/class cancellations here.

  • I’m having trouble registering for classes. What should I do?

    • Switch to a different browser if you are using Internet Explorer.

    • If registration just opened & you do not see any classes, (1) check the Registration Page for any info on technical issues (2) log out of your account, close your browser, then log back in.

    • If the above steps do not work, email the Volunteer Registration Team (registration@pcotc.org).

      • Please only send one email & await a response. We receive a high volume of emails during the registration cycle & are manned by volunteers. If multiple volunteers start to troubleshoot your problem as a result of multiple emails being received, your technical issues will take longer to resolve.

      • Include the exact name of class/day of the week/time of class/instructor name/name of your dog for the class(es) you are having trouble registering for. We cannot see what classes are pending in your shopping cart.

  • How can I check to see if a credit was applied to my account?
