ROBERT "BOB" AMEN

Bob is an obedience judge for the American Kennel Club and the club’s Delegate to the AKC. He has achieved three Obedience Trial Champion titles on his Australian Shepherds and multiple UDX titles with his Aussies and a Golden Retriever.

His 7-year old Australian Shepherd bitch, “B.G.”, has been the #1 dog three years in a row in the AKC’s ranking for Australian Shepherds that qualified her for the AKC’s National Obedience Invitational.

 “BG” was also the #1 Aussie in the United States Australian Shepherd Association’s Obedience rankings in Open B, Utility B and “High Combined” for 2004 and 2005. She was also the #1 Aussie in Front and Finish magazine’s “First and Foremost” rankings for 2005.

 Bob is also a contributing writer for “Front and Finish”, the publication devoted to obedience and other companion events; and is the Obedience Editor for the United States Australian Shepherd Association’s magazine, “Aussie Journal”.

He is also a member of the AKC Delegates’ Obedience, Agility and Tracking committee.
